Dear Grief, (cherishing)

Dear Grief,

In the midst of our sorrow, I've discovered a gentle practice: cherishing the good memories and celebrating the life that was lived. While the ache of absence lingers, I find solace in the beautiful moments shared, the laughter, and the love that once filled our days. These memories are like a warm light that guides me through the dark, reminding me of the joy that was and still is a part of me. Though the person is no longer here, their essence lives on in every cherished recollection.

With warmth,

me
