Dear Grief, (gratitude)

Dear Grief,

Even in the shadow of your presence, I've discovered moments of gratitude. The pain is real, but so are the small blessings that sprinkle my days—kind words, supportive gestures, and the simple beauty of the world around me. These glimmers of grace remind me that there is still goodness and light to be found, even in the midst of deep sorrow. By holding onto these moments, I find a semblance of peace and a renewed sense of hope.

With appreciation,

me
