Dear Grief,

You have ushered in profound changes, reshaping my world in ways I never anticipated. While this transformation is challenging, it is also an invitation to grow and adapt. I am learning to accept the new reality and to embrace the shifts in my life with openness. Though the changes are difficult, they are also a part of the journey towards healing, guiding me to discover new aspects of myself and my path forward.
